Pride Revo 2.0

Pride Revo 2.0

Pride

The Pride Revo 2.0 sits in a category of its own, bridging the gap between traditional boot scooters and larger mid-size models. While many boot scooters prioritise compactness at the expense of ride quality, the Revo 2.0 is designed to feel noticeably more stable and comfortable, particularly outdoors. Pride’s Comfort-Trac suspension and large 9-inch wheels help smooth out uneven pavements and dropped kerbs far more effectively than lighter travel scooters.

Power delivery is another clear strength. The Revo 2.0 uses Pride’s heavy-duty drivetrain with a 70-amp controller, giving it stronger torque than most dismantling scooters. In practice, this makes it more confident on ramps, slopes, and everyday obstacles that smaller scooters can struggle with, while still maintaining a controlled, predictable feel.

The Revo 2.0 can be dismantled into six sections, with the batteries removed as separate pieces. However, it’s important to be realistic about transport. The rear section weighs around 26 kg, which means most users will need two able-bodied people to lift it safely. For this reason, we tend to recommend the Revo 2.0 for occasional car transport, or for use with a vehicle hoist, where it works particularly well. Integrated tie-down points also make it straightforward to secure safely in a vehicle.

For everyday practicality, the Revo 2.0 performs well. Pride’s under-seat storage, combined with the large front basket, makes it especially useful for shopping and errands. With 35 Ah batteries, the scooter offers a real-world range of around 15.5 miles — significantly more than most boot scooters, though not as long as typical medium-sized models. Batteries can be charged both on-board and off-board, giving flexibility for users who prefer to charge indoors or leave the scooter in a vehicle.

Controls are well thought out. The adjustable delta tiller with ergonomic grips allows most users to find a comfortable driving position, and front and rear lighting improves visibility in lower-light conditions. The Revo 2.0 has a quoted maximum user weight of 26.5 stone, but in our experience, users over around 20 stone are often better served by a larger scooter with a wider seat and more suspension travel, particularly for longer journeys.

Visually, the Revo 2.0 has a modern, robust appearance, available in True Blue or Grey Street, with stylish solid tyres fitted as standard to eliminate puncture risk. For a small additional cost, pneumatic tyres can be specified for improved comfort. A USB charging port is included for keeping a mobile device topped up while out and about.

Overall, the Pride Revo 2.0 is best suited to users who want a dismantling scooter with genuine outdoor ability, and who are happy to accept extra weight in exchange for improved comfort, power, and stability. It’s not the lightest or easiest scooter to lift, but for the right user it offers a reassuring, capable alternative to more basic boot scooters.
