The Softform Premier Visco is the only mattress in the range to feature the premium visco-elastic foam (commonly referred to as Memory Foam). This foam 'warms' to the body, meaning it accommodates to the shape of the body better to provide enhanced pressure distribution compared to regular foams.
Designed to work seamlessly with profiling beds the Softform Premier Visco addresses the issues of both pressure and shear forces. Minimising both is key to good pressure management. The U-shaped core provides a firmer wall assisting with sliding transfers and prevents the mattress from bottoming out during use.
Available with the enhanced SRT (Strike-through Resistant Technology) cover the Premier Visco is zipped on three sides enabling easy checks and washing. The mattress is available in three different sizes and supports a maximum user weight of 245kg (39 stone). Please note - there are additional bariatric mattresses available.
