If something seems to be going wrong with your battery, for example if the power bar is going down quicker than usual, or your product seems to have lost some 'oomph', the best way to know for sure is to get a professional test.
The process of testing batteries takes approximately 48 hours, which may seem like a long time, but it's important to know that attaching a voltmeter to a battery will not test its function properly. A voltmeter will only measure the available Volts, whereas a full battery test records the Volts and Amp Hours available.
We conduct at least two test cycles on each pair of batteries. After each test we must wait at least 18 hours before the second test.
Battery testing costs £20 per pair. Please do get in touch if you would like us to test your batteries or if you'd like to know more about battery testing. If you want a full service including battery testing allow three working days.
